Since 1977 REINHARDT System- und Messelectronic GmbH have delivered component counters for axial, radial, wired and SMT bandoliered components.

Missing components can bring about high cost. Therefore they must be counted, be it for compiling production lots or the annual stock taking, in stock-receipt or goods outwards for checking numbers, both from the producer and from the distributor.

Instead of the widely used photoelectric barrier technology, laser technology offers a measuring beam with higher energy density and therefore more precise counting and faster counting speed. The ZE 300 component counter is microprocessor-controlled. There are neither any miscounts in counting forwards or backwards nor if more than 100,000 components are counted. It can be used for axial, radial up to 16 component pins and tape widths up to 70 mm or 75 mm and, needless to say, SMT up to 8 mm to 60 mm width. An optional SMT-attachment is required for transparent SMT-bandoliers.
