RDR Software for Offline Repair of PCBs
The offline repair station was developed for keeping the test system free from repair works on the test items
You can install this software module on any PC. The software uses the statistical data of the PCBs, but it must be possible to identify the devices under test by numbers or text, e.g. serial numbers. In the statistical data, the numbers of repair runs or test runs are also documented and summed up so that the repairing person can easily find out, how often the PCB has already been repaired. After every successful repair, the serial number is deleted from the list of serial numbers so that it no longer appears for the repairing person. The repair is assessed successful if there is a successful test run of this PCB after it was repaired.
